On April 19, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., the Cornell University Police Department was notified of a motor vehicle theft from a parking lot at 103 Farrier Road, Town of Ithaca. The theft occurred between April 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. and April 19, 2025, at 7:00 a.m.

The stolen vehicle is a white 2002 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck with Ohio license plate JAS3319. It was last seen parked at the aforementioned location on April 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. There are currently no known suspects.

The Cornell University Police Department urges the community to take steps to protect their property by closing and locking vehicle windows and doors, not leaving keys in unoccupied motor vehicles, and immediately reporting any suspected criminal activity by dialing 911 or utilizing the RAVE Guardian app.
