2025 4-H Achievement Night and Dinner

Thank you for registering for the 2025 4-H Achievement Night.

You may fill out one registration for family but please do include the years in 4-H and projects and awards for each 4-Her who are attending the dinner.

November 6, 6-8 pm

6 pm Dinner

7 pm Recognition Program

Location: TBD

Please keep an eye out for any communication from 4-H to you about this event. I may need to get more info from parents and leaders so that each 4-Her can be recognized for their work in the past year.

Dinner will be potluck style. Please contact me at smw352@cornell.edu with any dietary concerns not addressed in your registration. Please label your dish with a list of ingredients so those with allergies can stay safe at our event.
