Rockland County 4-H Public Presentations


Gain confidence with public speaking and share your knowledge and interests with others!


For 2026, the Rockland County 4-H Program is hosting the 4-H Public Presentation Event both in-person and virtually. Youth can join in-person on Saturday, March 14, or submit a recorded video of their presentation by Sunday, March 15.


All Rockland County youth ages 5 to 18 (as of January 1) are eligible to participate! Please review the Rockland County 4-H Public Presentations Overview 2026 for more information about the process, along with the resources on the Rockland County 4-H Public Presentations webpage.


In-Person Event Details:
Date: Saturday, March 14, 2026
Time: 9:00 am – (approximately) 12:00 pm
Where: Cornell Cooperative Extension of Rockland County (10 Patriot Hills Drive, Stony Point, NY 10980)
Youth will present on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need to arrive/leave at a specific time, please contact Kristin Ruggiero at klf37@cornell.edu.


Virtual Event Details:
To participate in the event, simply prepare your presentation as usual, practice (practice, practice), and then record your presentation. You don't need special video equipment - you can videotape your presentation using a smart phone. Recorded presentations should be uploaded to the 2026 Rockland County 4-H Public Presentations Box Folder.
