Confidential Document Shredding Event 2025

Registration is required. Time slots fill up fast so register ASAP!

Location: Cornell Cooperative Extension of Seneca County Office - 369 East Main Street, Waterloo, NY 13165

Join us in celebrating AMERICA RECYCLES DAY (a day early) by recycling your unwanted confidential documents and files with Shred-Text Document Destruction Services, for FREE!

Confidential documents include papers that contain personal information that you do not want to have public, such as:

• tax and business records


• old bills


• credit card statements


• medical records

Your confidential documents can contain:

• rubber bands


• light paper clips


• staples


• be in hanging file folders as all of that can be shredded

Remove any binder clips and take papers out of three ring binders.

Do NOT bring*:

• junk mail


• non-confidential files


• newspapers

*These can be put in your home blue bin.

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

CCE Seneca Office - 369 East Main Street, Waterloo, NY 13165  (1 story section, West end of U of R Finger Lakes Health complex that also houses Huntington Living Center and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services).

Please be sure to ENTER from CHAPEL STREET, turn right, where we will unload your documents and then have you exit to the right out the driveway.
