Cornell University

Sexual Assault Awareness Month

April 12, 2024

Sexual assault is a worldwide issue. Cornell’s biennial Sexual Assault and Related Misconduct survey shows the prevalence of students on our campus — notably women, people with disabilities and LGBTQ+ identified individuals — experiencing harm. Sexual assault, harassment and other forms of related misconduct are never acceptable and have no place on our campuses. Cornell’s SHARE website offers education, support and resources available to the Cornell community. If you or someone you know has experienced harm, confidential support is available when you are ready.

On April 26, join the Ithaca community at this year’s Take Back the Night march and rally for further support, community and awareness.
