For more than 50 years, the Office of the University Ombuds has served the Cornell community, providing students, faculty and staff with a confidential and off-the-record space to discuss problems, conflicts or other concerns. The office is neutral and operates independently of the university administration (including Public Safety and Cornell Police), helping members of the community achieve fairness in complicated situations.
