When using supplemental heating devices, beware and be safe. Whether it’s an electric heater on campus or elsewhere, know their limitations and how to use them safely. Give all approved heating devices space, don’t use extension cords and never leave them running while unattended. Remember, space heaters are prohibited in residence halls.
