The United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) for the Northern District of New York has asked me to share an update regarding the case involving the alleged federal crime committed by Patrick Dai. The Crime Victims’ Rights Act sets forth rights of those who have experienced physical, emotional, psychological, and/or financial harm as a result of a federal crime. If you feel that you have been harmed by this alleged crime, you may be entitled to those rights.
