May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s a good reminder to learn and practice coping strategies for stress. Here are some useful tips: take a pause to breathe, take breaks from news stories and stressful content, exercise, get enough sleep, reach out and stay connected to others and seek help if you feel overwhelmed or unsafe. There are resources to support all members of the Cornell community.
